Women walking together for Weston Hospicecare

We try to keep our costs down to a minimum but some are inevitable. In order for as much money as possible to go directly to the Hospice, we ask for a registration fee (non-refundable) of £8.00 per adult and £3.00 Under 16's (girls only) as a contribution towards the costs of putting on the event eg. postage, first aid, toilet hire. Please try and raise as much sponsorship as you can.

It is important that Weston Hospicecare is aware of any health problems that
you suffer from that might require medical attention during the walk.
Please give details including any prescribed medication

night which can be used for Weston Hospicecare's event publicity purposes.

Anyone under the age of 18, for safety reasons has to be accompanied by an adult throughout the walk. If you are under the age of 18 years old please ask a parent or guardian to fill in the following and tick the box to indicate their agreement:

"I, (name of adult over 18 years of age), confirm that I take full responsibility for the walker completing this form, that I too am registered for the Midnight Beach Walk and will be participating in the event. All the information I have provided is correct to the best of my knowledge."
