 Hospice at Home is a
service which enables those who wish to,
to die at home in familiar surroundings
with their family, supported by the
Hospice at Home and Community Nurses.
We can offer care up to 1 week both
during the day and night if appropriate.
We also offer supportive care for those
people who perhaps need help during a
difficult period such as Chemotherapy or
prior to admission to our In-Patient
Unit for assessment. |
