Weston Hospicecare's catchment Area

Essentially Weston Hospicecare provides a service for patients in the southern half of North Somerset but there are two other key characterisitics:

1. We support patients whose main care has been based at Weston General Hospital
2. We support an element of patient choice

These 2 aspects mean we do support some patients from the Somerset Coast Primary Care Trust area
