You can buy these items either in our shops, or by filling in this form and returning it to us by post.

In view of the impending postal strikes, Supporters who would like to purchase Christmas cards and Calendars to support the work of the hospice may order by:

Payment will be accepted by Debit / Credit card.
Orders in the Weston-super-Mare area and surrounding villages may be delivered by hand in the event of a strike continuing.
