Weston Hospicecare will work with postal management company One Post this Christmas to deliver festive greetings.
The partnership raises money for the hospice while offering customers savings on postage rates.
Supporters can expect to save 5p per stamp sold while the hospice will be able to claim approximately 12.4p per stamp as a donation.
To take advantage of the scheme, senders need to take their addressed Christmas cards to any hospice shop or to the charity’s headquarters at Jackson-Barstow House. A return address must also be attached to the reverse of the addressed envelopes.
A charity stamp will be issued and the post will need to be left with Weston Hospicecare staff rather than using a post box.
The hospice has two collection dates to guarantee delivery for the festive period. The collection dates are Friday 6th and 13th December.
The service is only available for letters sent within the UK.
