Viva La Vida: Coldplay Tribute Band Brings Joy to Weston Hospicecare Patient and Their Family.
Coldplace, a famous Coldplay tribute band visited Weston Hospicecare to provide a beautiful performance of some Coldplay hits for a hospice patient and their family.
The patient was due to go to the Coldplay concert in Cardiff this month with his daughter. Sadly they were unable to attend the concert due to illness.
The fundraising and events team worked hard to allow the patient to still have this wonderful experience, and contacted Coldplace, a wonderful tribute band.

Shane, a member of the band, volunteered his time and travelled far to provide a performance within the hospice in-patient unit for the patient and his close family.
The performance created such a special memory for the family to cherish forever, bringing tears to the eye.
Following on from this perfomance, Weston Hospicecare created the Magical Moments Appeal. The hospice’s Magical Moments Appeal was created to help the hospice to continue to give care to patients and their families to create special memories.
