Solicitor Information Sessions

We appreciate that dealing with a loved ones’ estate can be incredibly difficult. 

If you are a solicitor or lay executor of an estate, which has named Weston Hospicecare in the will, please contact our Gifts in Wills department on 01934 423900 or email giftsinwills@westonhospicecare.org.uk 

Please let us know about your loved one as soon as possible so we can amend our records and ensure no further mailings are sent to their address. 

Letting us know 

For any will naming Weston Hospicecare as a beneficiary, please can you provide us with the following information: 

• Title and full name of the deceased 
• Last known address 
• Date of Death 
• A copy of the will naming Weston Hospicecare as a beneficiary. 
• Please let us know the type of gift.  For example, pecuniary or residuary. 
• Executor/solicitor contact details 

We will also require a copy of the will and administration accounts for our records.  Accounts can simply be a list of incomings and outgoings. 

Payment of a gift can be made via cheque made payable to Weston Hospicecare Ltd or alternatively contact our gifts in wills department for our bank details at giftsinwills@westonhospicecare.org.uk
