A Place to Remember: Forever in our Hearts

The Memory Tree, situated at Weston Hospicecare, is a very special place.

It’s where family and friends can remember the life of the person cared for by the hospice.

Your personal message can be inscribed onto a leaf and hung on the tree as a lasting tribute.

Leaves are offered for a monthly donation of £10 for a minimum of 12 months. After which you can cancel your regular donation at any time.

We will let you know when your leaf is ready and you are welcome to visit the Memory Tree at any time.

All donations will help other families as their loved ones receive care from the hospice.

If you would like to make a lasting tribute to your loved one and support other families currently needing the hospice services please contact supporter.care@westonhospicecare.org.uk or call Reception on 01934 423900 and we can post you the form.

Whether you have been personally touched by the work we do or just want to support a great cause, there are lots of ways you can help!
