Impact Report 2024

Our Impact Report 2024 provides a snapshot of the free services we offered to patients and families in the North Somerset Region. Despite growing financial challenges, we remain committed to extending and improving our care while ensuring long-term sustainability. The achievements of 2023-2024 were made possible by our dedicated donors, volunteers, and staff.

Quality Accounts

Our Quality Accounts review our yearly performance. Each year, we prepare “accounts” to report on the quality aspects of the services and care delivered by the hospice in compliance with the Health Act 2009, with an aim to improve and maintain standards of care.

Care Quality Commission (CQC)

The Care Quality Commission (CQC) ensures care services in England provide people with safe, effective, compassionate and high-quality care. Where necessary, it also encourages these services to make improvements to their provision. The CQC does this by inspecting services and publishing the results on its website. Weston Hospicecare’s CQC page contains details of our previous inspections.

You can leave your own feedback about the hospice via the CQC website by clicking here.
