The Hospice is a peaceful, yet joyful place and whether you are being cared for by one of our community nurse specialists, day service nurses or you are staying on the inpatient unit, our incredible team will be with you every step of the way.
Weston Hospicecare offers a wide range of palliative care completely free of charge to those who need them. Our doctors, nurses, complementary therapists and clinical support staff will support you, and your family, during your illness.
Where possible, we will care for you where you feel most comfortable whether it is in the comfort of your own home or on-site at Jackson-Barstow House.
