Weston Hospicecare has moved from its Worle Homeware charity store on the High Street to a unit by Sainsbury’s Worle; known as North Worle.
The hospice has taken over the former Store 21 shop and will open for trade on Wednesday 24 August at 10.30am.
The charity’s Worle Fashion store, which is also on Worle High Street, will remain where it is.
Emma King, Director of Retail for the hospice, says “This move will mark a significant improve in the standard of space we have in our shop portfolio.
“Our aim is to create the best series of charity shops in our area, and with the recent opening of our Superstore, this next move signals our intent.
“We cannot wait to welcome our fabulous to our new charity shop. It is nearly twice the size of our superstore and is fully stocked with some superb fashion and furniture bargains.”
The address for the new shop is Unit 1a-1b North Worle District Centre, Queens Way, Weston-super-Mare BS22 6BT and the What3Words address is ///diggers.yacht.enough.
Weston Hospicecare’s retail income plays a key role in supporting the delivery of expert care and support to people in Weston, North Somerset and Sedgemoor areas with a life-limiting condition.
