Caring for you and your loved ones…

Our approach for your care…

We understand being told by a medical professional you, or someone you love, may need our care can be difficult to process and accept.

That’s why our wide-ranging, impactful, care is delivered with love and expertise.

Our doctors, nurses, complementary therapists and clinical support staff will support you, and your family, during your illness wherever you need it.

We’re based in the gorgeous village of Uphill. Our homely Inpatient Unit, Day Service area, Wellbeing Centre and our beautiful garden are situated at our charming home, Jackson-Barstow House.

Through a team of incredible and caring community nurses, we also can give care to you at your home in the North Somerset area including but not limited to Weston-super-Mare, Clevedon, Yatton, Cheddar, Winscombe and Burnham-on-Sea.

We’ve developed and tailored our care for more than 30 years to meet the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of our patients. So whether you have a life-limiting condition, or know someone who has, you can speak with your GP or call us on 01934 423900 for more expert information about how we can help and how to be referred.

Advice on whether a family member needs to be referred can usually be obtained from the patient’s GP. For advice and support from us about how to access our services, please fill in the form below or call 01934 423900.
