Weston Hospicecare’s Easter Fair will take place on Saturday 13 April at a new location.
The event, which is organised by the hospice’s Friends group, will take place at the Radio Wing Community Centre in Locking Parklands (Previously Locking Camp).
All are invited for fun-filled family day of fundraising for the hospice where activities such as raffles, a tombola, Easter bunny racing and a human fruit machine will feature.
Community fundraiser Sue Harding said: “We are extremely grateful to the friends of Weston Hospicecare who have organised the event in aid of the care we provide.
“It also give a chance for families to make memories together while they support the hospice.
“We look forward to welcoming those who come to a new location for the Easter Fair in Locking Parklands.”
It costs £4.2million every year to support the expert clinical care given to those in North Somerset with life-limiting conditions and only 20% of this is provided by the NHS.
Community events such as the Easter Fair are crucial to the hospice’s income generation in conjunction with donations, shops and major fundraising events.
