Whether you’re receiving care, holding a fundraising event, shopping in our shops or something else entirely, we want to make sure you’re happy with the response you get from the hospice.
When you make a comment about the service you have received, it will be passed on to the relevant manager to see if it can help us to do things better. When we receive a compliment, we will pass on your thanks to the people concerned and see if there’s anything we can learn from it.
There may be times when you feel unhappy with the service you receive and would like to complain. We take complaints very seriously, and we are committed to dealing with them fairly and efficiently through our complaints procedure.
